Our zunda paste is made without synthetic colorings, synthetic preservatives, or any additives — providing a safe, natural taste.
We use the traditional suribachi grinding method, leaving the paste intentionally coarse to bring out the original flavor, aroma, and texture of edamame.

Farmer Direct “Okomeya Chi-no”
From fields in Fukushima where abandoned farmland has been restored, we grow “Niji no Kirameki,” a rice nurtured by nature.
The freshly cooked rice has a beautiful shine and a gentle, spreading sweetness.
We incorporate new farming methods such as drone-based sowing, practicing environmentally conscious rice cultivation.
We bring freshly harvested new rice — collected this month — to the marché, and also accept reservations for delivery.

This Japanese sake is meticulously brewed by our representative, Wada, who personally works inside the brewery. All packaging is designed with charming cat motifs, making it delightful to look at as well.
A portion of sales is donated to cat rescue organizations, contributing to protecting feline lives through sake making.

HOPE Orchard – Yamanashi
We are HOPE Orchard, a small family-run farm in Misaka, Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, cultivating peaches and grapes. We keep pesticide use at half the standard JA guidelines and use chemical fertilizers only in one grape plot — approximately 0.1% of the entire farm. We deliver robust fruits grown by the natural strength of Misaka’s land.
For this event, we’ve prepared grapes (fresh fruit), as well as peach and grape processed items such as frozen non-alcoholic amazake, gelato, and a special juice that retains digestive benefits. We use every part of our fruits with care — nothing goes to waste. Please enjoy!

Jun-chan Farm
Selling second-crop regenerative rice: “Niji no Kirameki,” grown in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka.
Japan’s first environmentally friendly “regenerative second-crop rice,” cultivated using the natural power of rice plants that bear grain again after the first harvest. The second harvest in 2025 is made possible by regenerating the first-crop stalks.

We sell foods made with wood ear mushrooms and chili peppers from Hitoyoshi City and Kuma District in Kumamoto.
The region’s large temperature differences and basin-specific fog contribute to high-quality rice and crops.
Our chili peppers provide sweetness and umami in addition to heat.
Wood ear mushrooms are highly nutritious — containing about three times the calcium of milk, the second-highest amount of water-soluble dietary fiber among foods, the most vitamin D among foods, and roughly three times the iron of liver.

Guided by the wish to “protect the forest,” our ingredients are sourced from spices grown using agroforestry (forest-regeneration farming).
We incorporate yuzu juice and amazake produced in Hyogo Prefecture.
With every sip of our forest cola, the forest grows — that is the initiative we are pursuing.

After being displaced from Miyagi to Misato City, Saitama due to the Great East Japan
Earthquake — and with a wife from Kyushu — our menu is inspired by both Tohoku and Kyushu.

At age 17, recognizing Japan’s abandoned farmland issue, we established an agricultural corporation.
To pursue sustainable agriculture, we developed a sixth-sector business model.

We learn earnestly from pioneers, yet carve out our own path — opening new trails where none existed. We always pursue beauty and creativity.
Green Sansho & Lemon Ale Fresh green sansho gives off a vibrant citrus-like aroma reminiscent of freshly picked fruits. With sharp notes like lime and green lemon, layered with leafy, herbal, woody, and spicy tones, its synergy with lemon creates an even more captivating fragrance. Though an uncommon pairing, sansho × lemon is our most popular item at events.
